In accordance with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 22, 2017 No. 304 online acceptance of documents for all forms of postgraduate education for the 1st quarter of 2024 (phd.mininnovation.uz ) extended until November 10 of the current year.
❗️ trainee researcher is a form of preparation of a student for conducting scientific and scientific—creative research in the relevant specialty and obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree, separated from production;
❗️ basic doctorate is a form of postgraduate education in the specialty of scientific and scientific—pedagogical personnel of the highest qualification, organized in HEU or NRU for applicants for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Doctor of Philosophy, hereinafter - PhD) for in—depth study of the specialty and their conduct of scientific research in order to prepare and defend a doctoral dissertation on the job, financed from the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
❗️ doctorate is a form of postgraduate education in the specialty of scientific and scientific—pedagogical personnel of the highest qualification, organized in HEU or NRU for applicants for the degree of Doctor of Science (Doctor of Science, hereinafter - DSc) for in—depth study of the specialty and their conduct of scientific research in order to prepare and defend a doctoral dissertation on the job, funded by at the expense of the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
independent competition is a form of postgraduate education in the specialty of scientific and scientific—pedagogical personnel of the highest qualification, organized in HEU or NRU for applicants for the degrees of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Sciences (DSc)in-depth study of the specialty and their conduct of scientific research in order to prepare and defend a doctoral dissertation on the job;
Doctoral student — a person enrolled in the prescribed manner in the basic doctoral or doctoral studies of HEU or NIU;
Independent applicant — a person registered in accordance with the established procedure in HEU or NIU for independent application;
