The invention relates to agriculture, namely to agrochemistry. The composition for accelerating the growth and development of agricultural crops includes the plant growth stimulator floroxan (CPP), modified using solid-phase mechanochemical technology with glycyrrhizic acid (GA), with a CPP:GA mass ratio of 1:9. The technical result is the production of an environmentally safe composition for stimulating the growth of agricultural crops, stable during storage, highly soluble in water, and having an extended spectrum of activity.
